@marcpopMSFT I think you deleted this from this repo. However, it seems the VMR hasn't deleted it. So, it is adding a new version here. Is this something where we shouldn't have made the change here but in the VMR instead?

@premun why is darc adding this back? this repo is part of the VMR so I'd expect it to only update items authoring into version.details.xml
